Hey, I requested an MBTC withdrawal yesterday and was just curious how long it would take, its been close to 24 hours and the balance has been reflected on my BTC365 account but it is still not in my wallet.

The live chat got back to me in like 30 seconds and let me know I just had to verify the account which I will be doing after I get back from work.

Withdrawals sometimes take time during weekends and the reason, I personally don't know, maybe because it's probably not working hours for most of them, that's why it's so.
This is not peculiar to gambling sites alone, like yesterday being Sunday, I requested for cash withdrawals from one of my many crypto exchange, this was around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took them from that time to this morning before my request was processed, unlike you this wasnt the case of my account not being verified, I personally think they've probably gone out to drink Grin

Coming back to BTC365 now, I suggest you guys make it possible for users to know why the processing of their withdrawal request is being delayed when it has to do with account verification, rather than just waiting for the user to contact customer care service first, this could save the user lot of time and stress.

Id just like to get some clarity on the matter on your unable to withdraw case where verification is required.
Our site flow requires you to verify your account directly the moment you enter the withdrawal screen, before even being able to key in your withdrawal address/amount, so I am greatly puzzled on your wait time as you would not have been able to initiate a withdrawal request before verifying your account.

If there is some unconventional steps you took which by-pass this flow, do share it with us and we will take a look at it, however for the live case, once you click on "Withdrawal", the below should display, and it will take you to the verification process.
