Maybe this problem only with LTC, another crypto I didn't use.
I want to hear official reply here or in ticket why it happend.

It will take you time to receive some reply. Sadly, that's the same concern that was just resolved recently when LL was back but it seems that the hot wallet was empty again.
It needs to be filled manually again but if there's no one that would fill it, you have to wait again as there might be a lot of withdrawals that are on queue and not only you waiting for it.
