I wish you good luck with this issue but it strikes me why you would need a loan of such a small amount of money. I assume you live in a third world country where $5 is a relatively significant amount.

I was thinking that if you told me why I might even make you the loan, but seeing that you have applied for similar loans in the past, unsuccessfully, and that you are a gambler, I'm just gonna pass.
