I think your issue might be related to port forwarding. Check out the wiki https://wiki.qortal.org/doku.php?id=port_forwarding
If that doesn't work out, ask in the Discord https://discord.gg/MhxRpGyaDD there are tons of smart folks there.

I don't think it's port forwarding.
Everything worked fine until v.3. With v.3 and QDN sync start to work terrible.
