They should be able to win, LOSC is not good even they are currently in the 11th position of the French league. It's very different last season. They became champions of the French league.  I think Chelsea can win big because according to statistics their players are superior to LOSC. But Chelsea are also in trouble with Lukaku. After the negative alignment Lukaku looks to decrease, even the statistics are very bad. But I'm sure Chelsea will win.
