Finally I got the answer regarding my problem they accused me of "opposite-betting" on Pragmatic's game
I'm pretty sure I've never played a pragmatic provider in the last 30-60 days so I guess they got it wrong
This is an unprofessional act which disappoints me maybe this is my last day playing in Duelbits
You can check your betting history to see if you played on a Pragmatic game. But what do they mean opposite-betting? Placing bets on roulette for example on red and black?
Hopefully they offer quickly a solution but till date they have always done that. Keep us informed!
