Nobody cares if you bought btc or not but where it will attract attention is when you are involved in some shady stuff or got your btc through illegal means if this is what you are implying,
Except also you are in a country where it is heavily prohibited to own btc and can be a punishable offense (I don't know if such a place exists) Nobody cares if you are btc holder or not.
