That is true, binance would have disabled people from the country to be able to login or register even if they mask their IP address, but some people can have some ways to have fake verification and fake everything to make use of binance. This is risky too and I will not advice anyone to do that. If other reputable exchanges are supported, binance is not the only good exchange.
That is true Binance is not the only reputable exchange out there decentralized exchanges are even better for your privacy sake.
Some people like OP will find ways to bypass the system and use the service not minding the consequences. It's good to adventure and explore new things but at what cost
