I see a lot of Legendary members and many of them deserve to be of that rank. But there are also many Legendary members who post just to increase their post count.
I absolutely agree with that, some of them got that rank in a fairly easy way, and they wouldn't reach it in the new system in 100 years. Particularly irritating are those who do not read anything but the title and the first post, and after years on the forum still do not know any basics.
A few posts above are all nicely explained, and then a Legendary member claims the following :
In terms of activity, you need to have at least 1,000. You can only gain 14 every couple of weeks provided you also make 14 posts within that period of time. In terms of merit, you need 1,000 as well. You can do the math out of those numbers.
