It must be another scammer offering help. I understand your sadness, but as I said before: only law enforcement can help you. To begin with, just go to your local police station and raise your concerns (or refer to this thread).

The only way to recover your btc is to find the culprit and then force him to return the btc. In the history of bitcoin (afaik), there has never been a hacker who has been able to crack or guess a bitcoin private key technically without supporting clues because not only hacking knowledge is required, but also device resources (currently inadequate).
