The questions is:
1. Why he logged in after many months just for applying a campaign?
2. Why he never came back if he not got accepted?
3. Why he only came back if he got accepted?
I suspect he have many high accounts participated in several campaign, so he doesn't have times to use his non campaign accounts.
The reason is easy, because not all members are here to stay in the forum, minus any monetary benefits. While some may contribute in the forum with or without a signature. There is no strong evidence suggesting that the account was farmed. People can log in and log out at any time
