It seems impossible to me that content-technically the elements can change according to the preference of a site. The gaming suppliers are popular providers. Maybe there is some kind of database that can be set what the maximum limit is for a player, but manipulation is certainly not possible. I don't really know the details of it, but there must be a committee or watchdog that checks a casino's games for fairness.
