You should reach their support team to solve the issue. The system requirement is same for all of the users. I had to confirm my withdrawal when I have requested it for the first time (to a new address). I had received the confirmation message in the primary folder of my mailbox. Try to reach their live support, they are quite active.
Also i believe this is a good security measure , in case your account is compromised, no one can withdraw funds to a new address as it will always have to be verified on the registered email address.
Please reach our live support. I suppose that you might have a spelling mistake in your registered email address.
I wonder how there could be a spelling mistake in a address which is already registered on the site. He must have done the confirmation of registered address by adding a one time password (OTP) when he initially associated the email with the account.
