If you are a coin developer and have a community can mobilize them by doing a search on CMC using your coin name, but I am not too clear if this only applies to coins that are already listed in CMC if yes then you must first list your coin and it is very possible to spend funds because I have heard that have to pay if you want to listing your coin there.
