What email did you use to contact them? I had an issue with my 1246 and I'm trying to get a new hashboard. No idea if it's under warranty still.

support@canaan.ioHOWEVER, they are forcing me to use my reseller; he is refusing to accept it. Saying China is restricting what is sent through customs, and now Canaan has stopped responding to me at all.
I take it you did not use one of the few Authorized distributors? IF not then ja, you may be screwed regarding any official Canaan warranty support.
