That also bothers me why a active ANN Thread need to be deleted? when they can actually answer of even edit the original thread to adopt their new one from this .
Probably just wanted to start fresh. I haven't seen the old thread but I hope there's no any questions or concerns on your previous thread that you are avoiding and the reason that is the reason you create new ANN thread but it is still your decision.
Since it is my first time seeing your website or probably forgot it, what are the things you can offer? Do you have promotion for new players?
Because it was deleted and you are correct , according to how OP is responding now they are considering a fresh start now and seeing them more activities since the thread creation.
They have social media that can be checked at least their telegram the most active .
