There are not that many places that actually care about what the customers says. And that makes duelbits a bit more different. Now, don't get me wrong because there are a few places that does support very well, and support is something else. If you have a complaint about the website or the casino then there are some places which helps you greatly and there are nothing wrong with that at all. However, listening to what the customers says is something unique.
There are only like handful of places in all of crypto that actually responds to what you say, if they agree then they will do it right away, and if they do not do it at least they give you a reason for why they are not doing it.
I have the feeling that a lot of the big casinos that are active here on this forum have a pretty good support system. There will always be some complaints and scam accusations but it is impossible to satisfy 100% of all people. Some people will always have something that they don't like.
Even big casinos will certainly have complaints and scam accusations but it will not reduce how trustworthy they depend on how they handle each complaint and for scam accusations will not be meaningful if those who do it not have strong evidence and simply just ignore it.
