It’s not very clear what you intend really. I make it that you want to ask about how (1) to improve “on this forum”, thus applying to your account’s rank and personal development to some extent. That is rather different to (2) how to improve this forum, which is what the title says, but that I believe is not your intention.

The former (1) has dozens of threads on the matter in Beginners & Help that one can find by dedicating a wee bit of time to it. The latter (2) has multiple threads in Meta.
