Well, that's a good news to hear about adding FAQ and running signature campaign which will help attract the attention of gamblers to the site. I would also agree with FatFork that you should find a campaign manager with good reputation and popular like what FatFork suggested. If I am one of the bitcarra team then I wouldn't just hire anyone who will manage the campaign or managing the signature campaign myself because it wouldn't help much due to the rank but it may also attract customers.
^ Let me explain why hiring a signature campaign manager is better than they are managing itself, first because a professional campaign manager knows the participants if they are good posters or not, the campaign managers know which is spamming or not and they have their own rules that participants should be followed. In other hand, don't expect if you are running signature that there is an effect after a week because most likely you will see and effect after a months or onward.
