Interesting, thank you all for your input. Yeah a KYC requirement only for free bonuses would/could solve the issue of scammers abusing the bonuses. Since otherwise we do not use the KYC in any way.
Good idea, to avoid misunderstanding you should put the terms clearly requires the user to click the agree button before starting as available in the sign up button
This way you will avoid any accusations because we know for sure that many of them reason as if they don't see the rules this is a classic excuse everywhere
