I haven't said it in this way. Just look at his profile. He is wearing the avatar and signature of a well known scam betting site. I was thinking that you were checking some users activity before giving them merit. I have thought it in this way after watching this post from you, “
Post titled: When tarable really wants merit”
What difference does it make what avatar he wears. Don't turn the contest into a kind of reputation, where we first look at what kind of reputation the user has, what he advertises, and so on. The rules do not say anywhere about any restrictions, and among those who voted there are trolls and bounty abusers and purchased accounts. Personally, I did not send merit to them, but others did. But something I did not see discontent about this in this topic.
The tarable case was too obvious to ignore. And yet, someone sent him a merit, although it was an outright plagiarism of someone else's application. But again, I don’t see bewilderment with regards to that situation, but as soon as I sent merit to someone, there was immediately such a drama: “oh, oh, well, I didn’t expect this from him.”
