Sadly, sanctions are nothing more than crumbs because Putin is a wise man. Zelensky mentioned that Ukraine should receive modern weapons, ammunition, food, medicine, and money as well. Due to the fact that Ukraine is not a member of NATO, other countries cannot help to fight Russia. Several Russian banks have been expelled from SWIFT by the US and EU. But why some?
