Still awaiting my second order from the UAE and nothing on when it will be shipped yet except the usual February emails.

Yes I am waiting too an order (big one Sad

A friend of mine has sent an email but the answer as been something like "we are working on it and shipping due covid19 are delayed to FEB 2022" ... February is close to the end so maybe it's arrived the right time for shipping... Roll Eyes

Did you get it?.. I have sent them 10s of email and they have not responded. Order shows processed but no tracking details and no delivery. Lack of communication and just nothing at all.

They emailed me back as follows...
