Now Ukrainian people helping each other to survive, they don't have time to gamble. I'm talking about the majority of course, who cares about gambling when there are rockets on the sky and Russians are killing children and bombing hospitals, schools and etc.?
I doubt businesses in Ukraine is still working since many people are on panic and many are leaving the city with a hope that they can be more safe if they are able to go to the west part of Ukraine. Though the question is about the countries beside Ukraine and Russia, I believe they still live a normal life since they are not involve on a war so they can still gamble as much as they want.
When it is besides Ukraine and Russia, it is possible to see people from the neighbouring countries have the normal living and spending. But, here the scenario seems to be different. The country is well connected with the countries Poland, Slovakia, Hungary. Right now people are moving towards those countries which means the situation in those countries were to support these people amidst regular businesses.
