BTCitcoin is a great tool to send donations in volatile situations like these but what i have heard is that people are not able to withdraw funds from banks nor from ATM and i am curious how these funds will be used for the benefit of the citizens. I am happy to donate but how these funds will be used should be transparent and glad to see that they are able to raise huge funds in a short period and if they start accepting cryptocurrency for everyday use then it would be great.

Well, with these donations we are essentially financing the Ukrainian government so that they may dispose of the funds as they see fit. They might use these funds to transfer refugees to Western countries and away from the civil war zone. They might use these funds to acquire more weapons to defend themselves. Or they might simply use them for a "more pressing" cause as their government sees fit. Would that make any difference?

Fair enough, Besides your all input, they don't have time to think carefully for disbursement report since they are busy on so many things such as there people safety and personal need, defending there land and communicating to other allied country that keeps watching them.

I doubt that they will use the money for weaponry since its too late to purchase weapon. And also asking for transparency report to Country currently at war is pretty rude. Its understandable that they are in dire situation.
