ETH is good as both.
Long and short term.
You determine how long you want to hold it. I've sold some and still hold some because I've decided that there's a long term goal for etherem.
I'm good holding it and won't be selling it even if I've got enough profits for it already but I know that there's more after 2.0. I want to maximize my profit on it and possibly earn on it passively.
Other than ETH, I would choose BNB. In a short time, BNB overcame them all to climb to the top 3 CMC behind ETH and BTC. BNB is the original token of the Binance exchange, besides Binance having a large number of users, fast transactions and cheap fees are also advantages of BNB compared to ETH. What I like most about BNB is the burn coins quarterly, will create a decrease in supply this is the way to increase the value of each BNB.
