It all sounds bullshit for me, if you want to make an appeal... create it on Meta section about your main account was got permanent banned, not evading ban and using your alt as different user!

Oh well seems @Ezeja is your another alts, how come you can give 3 merit to him while there's many people deserved to get it? I understand it's your own policy to give merit, but it's odds.
