Actually i still do not get the main point in all of this, mind you that your thread you linked above isn't a bad one, and you got a couple of merits from it, you were only corrected and advised to use the search button as another user had made a similar topic before, and that is normal, every now and then users make topics that have been discussed time and again, and they are encouraged to use the search button, it is nothing peculiar to you. Having said that, i think it is very far from it that the thread above is the bone of contention here, then why not try and be explicit and maybe link some of the attacks you have been receiving and try to clarify them.
You really do not have to send any PM, you can address the issue wherever it has come up, and mind you that making a similar topic that has been made previously isn't any issue, as all you just have to do is lock the thread, so what exactly is it?
