Now Ukrainian people helping each other to survive, they don't have time to gamble. I'm talking about the majority of course, who cares about gambling when there are rockets on the sky and Russians are killing children and bombing hospitals, schools and etc.?
If I were a gambler and a tourist/visitor on that country I wouldn't hesitate to stay away and find a safe place far from the trouble. And seeing how worst the place is when there's tank and fighter planes coming to attack, I don't think people would continue what they were doing when there are bombing everywhere.

You should expect it already once you are in that place and the tension is rising, stay away already. It's not enjoyable to play when there are soldiers outside of the casino bringing guns plus not to mention the martial law implemented after a few days.
The thing is if you'd stay longer there it will totally be harder for you to get out and find a way out of the border maybe. Millions had already fleed and the effect it had worldwide would be tremendous as well if it continues longer, it can even be feel by now consider some goods in my country already rising up especially the oil and gas products. No one in their right mind will think of gambling over the safety by now especially in the hot zone.
