The KYC is starting to get very annoying at times. I understand that some sites are required to do this, but that should be arranged fairly quickly, right? It certainly doesn't take a week or days. This is usually completed within 1 day. And it's also annoying when a gambling site hides behind this in order to delay the payouts. Hopefully BTC36 can work on its reputation, so far it doesn't seem very good from what I read.
It can be a delaying tactic if the casino runs out of funds but if they are legit you should not worry because they will find a way to refill their wallets so that they can process the pending payments. KYC taking time to be verified is also a result of a heavy traffic in the platform that you are using.
We don't know what if they have a limited staff that time? they cannot process it all quickly by themselves but they should hire more personnel next time when they know that their company is now in demand. You just need to have a patience because, in the end, you are just a customer here. If there is anything that you can do, that is to leave and cancel your ongoing KYC.
