Have you directly contacted @lightlord here in forum mate?  because upon checking he keeps online at least every other day meaning he is sometimes active here in forum so sending Him direct message will force the team to make an update about your problem here.
though i know it is their obligation to check this thread daily yet there are chances that LL ignores this thread for some reason.
