If your question is why I decided to ban them, it's because muting them dozens of times over the past 3+ years has had no effect. Permanently banning them is the last resort and attaching some kind of consequence to that ban is the only way to enforce it.
In September 2021 I informed them that they were permanently banned from bustabit and ignoring the ban would result in their accounts being locked. They acknowledged their ban via email. Earlier this month I noticed them violating their ban–unsurprisingly, to beg another player for money again–so I locked their accounts as I previously told them I would.
