I could, but my point is PoS give lots of power to centralized exchange. Not only they control user fund, they could use it to manipulate the network or earn more profit (by staking the coin) while user only receive none/small percentage of the profit.

I have hard time understanding Pledge Influence Parameter (a0) formula, especially because there's no detailed example on various sceneario. But from what i understand and reading the source of the article (iohk.io blog), i would say Cardano makes takeover attempt become harder (rather than counter it).
