I understand the mute part but why is the user not allowed to withdraw his balance ? Seems like this wasn't addresed in both topics.
you know what’s funny , he won’t prove that person is me even when he knows my IP , knows I contact him on all my accounts.  Knows I’m complaining about my funds. I’ve sent all the proof of the accounts I owned, conversation between me and him. And he can’t show me any proof I’m the owner of that account because I’m not. The community told him I’m not, he won’t fact check it either. Because he knows he’ll be wrong and won’t even apologize. Holding my funds hostage. I showed the first time I was muted for loaning someone. Loaning is wrong sure. But never begged anyone. He refuses to release my funds. Let it be an eye opener for the community

I was waiting for a reply on the other thread to see evidences that devans would shows us, surprised that you decided to create another thread instead, which made the follow ups for the accusations itself is quite messy.

With those said, I thought it was agreed and stated on the previous thread that you didn't mind the mute etc., and would settle with devans unlocking the withdrawal of your funds? Why bother making the situation more complicated by pursuing other matters --whether all of those accounts are indeed and provably yours or they made a false assumption-- and returned to the starting point?

As for the site owner, devans, is there a logical explanation of why you refuse to agree to unlock his withdrawal feature on all of the accounts with funds that he can prove an ownership of, and made a written agreement that justabadhairday is permanently banned from your site, never to return?

I took a quick read of your thread, and I see that there is an user --probably more-- that got permaban, both through their IP and app, so I know that you have this option. With justabadhairday's agreement --signed if you deemed them necessary-- that they'll never return and if they do then it is within your right to froze all of their funds, I think insisting to hold their money is excessive.
