Total ban means government (judiciary and executive arms) banned cryptocurrencies.
Implicit ban can be done by CBN which na what Igehhh dey imply for him post. Nigerians fit trade cryptocurrencies through p2p but no direct crypto-bank or bank-crypto transactions.
