Edit: I think my brother figured it out, DMZ was enabled and the FutureBit was the only thing on that list, maybe that's how they're getting in?

Assuming you have a consumer-grade router with DMZ enabled, your Apollo was likely compromised in seconds than minutes!
Never ever put any device in such a DMZ without knowing what you are doing. (Such consumer-grade DMZs have most likely every port open - from SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, every port from 0 to 65535 ...)

So, it seems your brother figured it out! Good! Remove Apollo from DMZ and back in the LAN where it should belong firsthand.

Reset the Apollo to factory defaults and start hashing without any more disturbance.

how to reset to factory defaults ??

Wazzzzz up.... Grin Grin...now I know that we like to come on here and post questions and queries when we run into an issue with the miners and hey it is ok for I have posted a question on here at times myself...but indeed reach out also with your question to the support desk or team at Futurebit itself...it is why I was instructed to do at one time and they did respond to me... that email link addy as to where to write to them is... order@futurebit.io ...so indeed just post the question you do here on the forum to the email addy for them I just posted and well then wait for a response and well keep checking on here just in case as well...Ok folks I am outta here for a minute again...have to corral them chickens...hehehehe... Wink ...Dr. J my man hope you and the crew are doing well and that things are churning along... Wink...Laterrrssss... Smiley Wink Cheesy Grin Cool

P.S.   Oh by the way...Dr. J or anyone there at Futurebit...did any of you find or have the temperature numbers for the Futurebit miners...meaning at different settings in the configuration of the miner what are the temp ranges...so that well the users can just keep an eye out for the temps on the miners and that way no one damages their miner by accident you know...ok someone there hit us up on them numbers...thanks
