If your concern for requesting USD currency as bet is too have a small bet in BTC then you can try to change the denomination of the default mbtc to ubtc to have more digits on your Bitcoin balance and for convenience on betting small amount.
I'm currently using google and never encounter a broken image as described on your screenshot. The last time I saw that kind of bug on there website is last year before they do a major update on there UI/UX. Maybe there's a problem o your browser cache, Try to clear cache on your chrome history and check if the broken image is still visible. I hope this will work because this is my normal troubleshoot when I encounter error image on a website using a particular browser.
Thank you. But I have not been able to find a feature to change the default mBTC denomination to uBTC or maybe I'm not really looking for it. But that's okay, it's not a big deal and maybe it's just a matter of time to get used to me betting using mBTC instead of USD.
Yes, I've cleared the cache on my Chrome history but it still shows up sometimes especially if I click Games, then search for games based on the list of existing Providers. But again, it's not a big problem because I can still play smoothly.
