Wait for bear market to do all these useless thing? If Gas fee is your concern, then you can do the exact same thing on some other network. In fact building dapps, creating nfts and those things you have mentioned on other network will give you more support from the network community. Ethereum already has all bunch of those projects you mentioned. Almost all of them are shit. Most of them dies. Try something new. And who would want to invest on some new random tokens during a bear market?
