Yeah we understand that but AFAIK RealT is the closest thing to what you are looking for, while being completely legit. Anyway, good luck with your search as you will definitely need it to find something that meets all of your requirements.
Thank you for your feedback. But seriously, 10% ROI means you have to wait for 10 years to get even. I'm not sure if Ethereum infrastructure (which realt relies on) can continue to exist next 10 years...
In case something happens to Ethereum, they can always do a swap to some other blockchain so I don't see that as some sort of a problem.
