Users can run the app on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices with iOS 12.0 or later. It also boots on Macs with an Apple M1 chip using macOS 11.0 or later.

I'm sure now there are many wallets that accept a lot of coins and they can accept it on both android and IOS.
But from what I read in this article, the wallet points to MyDoge.
I don't know for sure whether MyDoge was the official Dogecoin wallet from the beginning or indeed this wallet
was made by a community that loves Dogecoin so they made it like an official Dogecoin developer.
Even so, I think this is still good news from Dogecoin, because even though Dogecoin has been abandoned by its CEO,
there are still people who still want to develop Dogecoin so that it becomes a useful coin.
