yes maybe true trading better than holding but when token dump maybe holding is better and if have some money maybe average up is solution , this is just my opinion based on my experience

Trade is always better, which will teach you to hold good tokens. Trading is always good without a massive bullrun. You must know the price of top tokens, especially Bitcoin. We shouldn't buy/start trading at a high price during the massive bullrun.
