I am also in plan to make use of futures trading in coming days if I am able to prove my trading skills in spot market to myself . Basically selecting market for futures trading is easier in my assumption as I have set my selection criteria based on "volume".

Yeah. when we are going with high liquidate trading pair then we might be getting enough chances to crack profits without getting flushed out of wild manipulations by whales. Basically it can be spot market or derivative markets, if we go with the assets which are backed by high volume then we can safeguard ourselves against all kind of manipulations.
