I don't know who will gain's from War, but I can say with confidence who loses on this. Of course, I'm talking about the most common people. All hardships fall on ordinary citizens, not necessarily residents of these countries. The economic consequences also affect the inhabitants of other countries, both neighbors and those with whom countries trade, buy resources and minerals.
