39k is lower than the last 40k but it is a bit high for the person that strictly follows a buy low sell high strategy. To the person you quoted above, he looks like he is a trader based on his strategy. An active up and down in the price is good for traders because they can buy and sell at shorter time frames and they can monitor the market verry well.
