That's a of money, atleast for me. For such kind of asking price I would recommend to make a more financial sound overview and documents that a potential buyer can look at directly. 15 BTC payout in 4 years seems nice, especially when the bitcoin price is rising again. The problem here is how predictable are these payouts and in one intervals are they occurring? For a valuation to come up at 2m USD there needs to be analysis. For example, what are best and worst case scenarios, how likely are monthly or quarterly payouts to occur? Is it safe to assume 3.75 btc will be paid every year? Are other stake holder also selling? Etc.

We are 12 people that have the total stake. Its not equal, some angel investors have a larger part, some smaller.
For now ive managed to be able to convince 23% of the total, to be able to sell in case somebody that wants a larger part appears.
As for now the payouts or lets say -as in stock terms, its dividends- are sometimes even daily on some coins.
Of course we had some good reinvestment phases, just needed a lot of money to be able to perform changes and keep ahead of the game.
Competition is tough.
Its all about the demand. The service is very good, now considering even a war scene were centralized exchanges are asking for KYC and so on.
We have even a swap platform that doesnt require this.
