Casinos stick to their Terms of Service better than the police to the law. There are no jokes when it comes to money, and I am not surprised that they are so strict. To show their professionalism, they would send an email saying your account is about to be locked and funds forfeit in x days. I never delete any emails I marked them as read, I have all the emails since the creation of my Gmail. They are not professional at all
