What you have to understand is that there are no funds there, its a scam and he is behind that "ëxchange" so all he would do is transfer some numbers to your account.
So you mean that this scam exchange is developed by him ?
Not many people are that much capable. Even i don't know how to make an exchange website. If he had so much talent that he can develop his own exchange, why not he use his skills in positive manner
