I am having this problem right now. I dropped my first collection and will be dropping another in the next day or two. I posted in another thread that I focused on experimenting with technical capabilities but it looks like the market is more into no-brain NFT of 10000 this or 10000 that. (Maybe my pictures are just bad). I asked in the other post if the forum can look at the technical aspects I incorporated I have not received feedback yet. The journey continues with more marketing. I will look at the recommendations here as well. (maybe the pictures are just that bad). If I do find a mechanism that works I will post it here.
