I had experienced customer support of some exchanges/wallets, such as zebpay, binomo and wazirx. From the customer support perspective it is the interface and use of bot that is making experience least desirable.
What are your experiences with the customer support of various exchanges? What part of customer support needs some serious overhaul.
I had exprience also in many exchange but at the last time saw wazirx customer support is a bot but i think there should be also a support mail. In every time we cant express our problem in bot it is too ridiculous but if there is a support mail then it will be more perfect also if it is a live chat then it will more interesting for exchange user!!
