If there's major sponsors want this fight to happen provably they could settle this things up and make this event to happen. But of course Tyson have all the advantage of this and he have high chance to win on this match up despite of his age. But I doubt Paul still happy whatever the result of their match because he will still take home a lot of money after their match.
